Kane Family Blog Update

This has been a fun filled last month! I can't believe it's been so long since the last post.

Ok, so Kyle just had his 6 month check up - all is good. He's shot up in height, putting him at 98th percentile for height and 94 for weight. He's healthy, happy and a total entertainer - got the smile down.

And, with the 6month mark came the packing up of the swing that never gets used. It's so super cool! But not enough activity for our little man, he's either playing, eating or sleeping - so no swinging. The jumperoo has taken the place as the favorite toy.

He's been eating like a big boy, mixed rice w/ fruit, mush fruit, veggies, and some formula. He definitely loves the food.



I've been keeping myself busy busy. My job at American Family Insurance is WAY too much fun. I get to work with agents independently and help them with marketing and networking and such. Here's a picture of me and agent Traci Sorenson out ready to network and we bumped into the sports anchor from FOX 12, he was kind enough to take a picture. What a fun night!

I also hold girls nite parties where we eat yummy food and play games, here's a group shot.

Then my girlfriend Annie had her birthday party at Portland City Grill - a completely amazing restaurant atop Portland. Here's the group shot - birthdays are kinda big deal w/ me and my girls. *laughing* Mike thinks it's completely ridiculous - nahhh~

I then got to go to Benihana with my fellow colleagues from American Family Insurance for a welcome dinner for the new class of agents - the biggest in like 4 years!! Great group of people!!

Did some lunch and catching up with my old friend Sara.

And she got to meet Kyle for the first time - I think he likes her! (note: "THE" smile)

Then to celebrate 6 months of life - we had a little photoshoot :)

We love to play around on the floor - mommy uses Kyle as a weight set and trainer :)

He tells me, "mommy, look at your teeth?! what are those??"

And "shhhh mommy...i have a secret"

I had to tell Kyle to tell daddy we love him...

And then we had some down time waiting in the car...so of course we played with the camera :) and mommy's glasses.
